another grab bag in late summer

I found another grab bag at a stationary shop, must have been born under a lucky star! Haha!

This time, it was a bag with stationery paper and envelope, such a wonderful treat to a snail mail lover. It was 770JPY (7USD), was said that the bag would be worth 3000-4000JPY(27-36USD) at regular price. I was wondering what made this difference. Paper doesn't go rotten easily, does it? 'Out of fashion'? I didn't think so. They were too good to scrap.

Anyway I appreciate it. Two types of bag 'kawaii' or 'elegant,' both were not secret inside, I purchased the former regardless its title.
