the radio exercises

We leave the house to catch the radio exercises which start at 6.30am. A spontaneous group of health-conscious people spiral around one of the pavilions in the park and do the exercises together. If you're Japanese, you can listen to the music and your body will start moving on its own. Do you have any such exercises?

It takes about 10 minutes, but before and after the exercises, some of them who love dogs take care of my dog, talk a little, and it's a nice relationship. A lady I spoke to said she was the oldest in her 80s. She has been participating in this morning exercise for more than 25 years and has met and parted with many people there. We're the furthest away from the pavilion where everyone has brought and placed their portable radios, so I can see all the participants, and I'm impressed by how young they all look.

It's only a 10 minute habit, but I can imagine how difficult it is to keep it up in the morning, and I learn a lot about how the body can maintain its beauty if we are mindful of it.
